Special Interest Groups
The University of Chicago Service League offers a variety of interest groups. Members meet in these sections:
The book group meets every month except August and usually on the first Tuesday of the month at 7:30 p.m. Meetings are held at the home of a member. There is a $5 annual fee.

The Dining Out group meets for lunch. If you have any suggestions or would like to be added to their e-mail list, please contact Fran Gordon or Jan O'Malley.
Contact Fran Gordon (phone 773-684-0522) to be added to the e-mail list. We meet at 5412 East View Park Tuesdays at 9:30 a.m., weather allowing. Call by 9 a.m. if you are coming.
The Games Group meets the fourth Wednesday morning at 10 a.m. Games to be played are chosen by each month's hostess, either before or at the meeting. A light lunch is served afterward.

The Movie Group meets the second Thursday afternoon at 1:30 p.m. at the Hyde Park Art Center (5020 S Cornell Avenue). Suggested donation $2 for members and $5 for nonmembers. Everyone is welcome!

The Spanish Group reads and discusses Spanish novels, visits restaurants and museums, and goes to movies. We meet every Thursday afternoon. Contact Agnes Zellner if you would like to join us.
Did you study French in high school or college? Did you speak French in the past but are no longer fluent? For information about this new section, please contact Judy Chernick. We meet Tuesdays at 2:30 p.m.
